PROJECT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

Our team of project management professionals prepare precise project plans, budgets, and schedules and strive to ensure our budget and schedule holds firm throughout the process. By performing initial site surveys and inspections they formulate a logical, efficient, perfectly sequenced, erector and worker-friendly erection plan. They coordinate the process so other activities can be scheduled at optimal times, resulting in optimum productivity.

PROJECT KICKOFF MEETING

In the ‘real’ kick-off meeting, there’ll be a chance to recap with the full project team on roles and responsibilities, so the purpose of discussing the project team is to try and gain and share some insight on team dynamics.
We’re trying to get a behind-the-scenes perspective on who’ll be involved in the project and to what extent. We want to know the best way of engaging with them so we cooperate helping the project progress. It’s really helpful to understand who are the allies, supporters, and partners in the project.

PLANNING

• A work breakdown structure (WBS) is a key project deliverable that organizes the team’s work into manageable sections.
• The project team creates the project work breakdown structure by identifying the major functional deliverables and subdividing those deliverables into smaller systems and sub-deliverables.
• An effective communication strategy can help break down resistance to change by getting everyone on the same page and helping stakeholders become engaged and endorse the need for change and the steps being taken to bring the change.
• By implementing a risk management plan and considering the various potential risks or events before they occur, an organization can save money and protect their future.

ERECTION

LAUNCH OF<br /> ERECTION

Our project status tracking system is unique and flexible, which reports the project accurately. Thus, managers have overlooked the basic fact and treat the report as an end in itself.
We believe that safety and quality management systems have similar characteristics and that elements of safety and quality are perceived as equally important within an organization.

PERFORMANCE & CONTROL

PERFORMANCE & CONTROL

Project control is an application of processes to measure project performance against the project plan and controlling project scope, meeting quality requirements, keeping projects to schedule and budget, managing risks, identifying issues, and ensuring project requirements.

PROJECT CLOSE OUT

PROJECT CLOSE OUT

The closeout is the last stage of the process, which indicates the formal completion of the work. It’s a very important moment in the project life cycle, and it’s much more than making a final presentation, submitting a final report or releasing resources.
